Shippers are strongly encouraged to use multiple audits both before and after payment to ensure correctness, completeness and compliance with appropriate rates and rules.
We have experience in the audit of multiple modes including motor, air, rail, ocean, household goods, passenger, pipeline and parcel for both domestic and international shipments. Maintaining our independence from 3PLs, transportation service providers, and financial institutions provides our customers with unbiased results, free from outside influences.

Audit After Payment
The post payment audit provides recovery of existing improper and overcharged payments for our customers using extensive knowledge, analytics, and proprietary industry practices. Estimates of 3-5% of a company’s freight, travel, and transportation expenses are improper or overcharged, even after a pre payment review! Auditech oversees the entire process from request initiation to collection for your company. Other vital reviews can be incorporated as well.
Audit Before Payment
The pre payment audit provides oversight of all freight, travel, and transportation invoices prior to payment to ensure correctness on the front end in order to minimize or eliminate lost revenues. Auditech does not provide freight payment services but works with our customers who prefer to maintain complete control of their funds through the payment process. Our solutions do not interrupt current processes. Data, reporting, online access, and integration with existing payment services are included in this service.
Streamline Parcel Costs
With the dramatic increase in parcel volumes, performance and delivery by the major carriers are strained. This service can identify and resolve service failures (refund credits are available for non-performance), accessorial fee inaccuracies and contract management issues.
